Graycliff Hotel amends Cancellation Policy for COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Dear Guest,

Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by the COVID-19 virus.  Graycliff Hotel continues to monitor and react to the COVID-19 situation and stays committed to our highest standard of service, care and robust cleaning and hygiene standards.

We wish to advise you that we have amended our cancellation policy for those clients that are affected with current government restrictions or are concerned about travelling at this time, we are offering cancellation flexibility to give you some peace of mind. Our revised cancellation policies for existing and new bookings, are as follows:

  • Cancellation for stays commencing March 12 until April 30, 2020 will receive a credit for the full amount of the stay per your current reservation to be used within one year of the original arrival date. Credit will be applied to the existing rate of the new travel dates
  • Cancellations for stays commencing May 1, 2020 and completed by August 31, 2020 – a 72-hour cancellation penalty will apply
  • No shows will result in a 100% penalty and the full amount of stay will be charged
