Graycliff Culinary Academy
Enjoy full culinary immersion with Graycliff’s Executive Chef at the Graycliff Culinary Academy. In this interactive class where guests learn the art of Graycliff Restaurant’s cuisine, preparing a specially selected menu paired with a glass of wine. Also included in each session is a tour of Graycliff’s Wine Cellar and a Graycliff apron to take home. All ingredients and materials needed for the Graycliff Culinary Academy will be supplied.
Class sizes are limited to a minimum of six and up to ten students. The Graycliff Culinary Academy is in session Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10:30am.
Graycliff Restaurant, one of the Caribbean’s first Five-Star restaurants is offering a wine lover’s dream. Wine Luncheon guests are welcomed with a glass of champagne and led by one of Graycliff’s certified Sommeliers for a tour of the hotel and restaurant’s acclaimed Wine Cellar. The Wine Luncheon participants are treated to a five-course, gourmet repast paired with the appropriate wines. The menu changes seasonally, but includes an appetizer, soup or salad, main course, cheese and dessert. Special meal requests are accommodated with advance notice.
Chef’s Table Luncheon
A highly coveted seat awaits you at the Chef’s Table Luncheon presided over by the restaurant’s Executive Chef who leads his guests on a gastronomic culinary trip. Guests have a front row seat in the Graycliff Restaurant Kitchen where Chef demonstrates each dish, which is then served tableside. They are encouraged to discuss the menu with the Chef and entice him to share his culinary secrets.

Wine & Cheese Tastings
Graycliff’s Wine & Cheese Pairings guides enthusiasts through a minimum of eight wine tastings, four red, four white, each paired with cheeses from around the world. Guests will also tour the famed Wine Cellar with its rare vintages and will receive a wine-themed souvenir.
